The Victory Theater is a beautifully restored 1927 landmark in the heart of historic downtown Rogers — and the longtime home of the city’s community theater (known for years as the Rogers Little Theater, now Arkansas Public Theatre). From plays and musicals to live music and special events, it’s downtown Rogers’ cornerstone performing-arts venue.

A Historic Downtown Landmark

Designed by noted Rogers architect A.O. Clarke, the Victory opened on December 5, 1927 to a packed house of 750 — and was the first air-conditioned building in Rogers. Over the decades it hosted performers from Will Rogers to Conway Twitty as a movie and vaudeville house before closing in the early 1970s. The City of Rogers later purchased and restored it, and after a recent renovation the 99-year-old theater reopened in 2026, ready for its next act.

What to See

The Victory hosts a full season of plays, musicals, live music, and special events. Seating includes cabaret-style tables downstairs and a balcony with a great view of the stage — there’s truly not a bad seat in the house. For live-music happenings around the region, see our sister site NWA Rocks.
