About Lake Ann
Built in 1970, Lake Ann was the second of the seven lakes created as Bella Vista grew into a resort and residential community. Like all Bella Vista lakes, Lake Ann is owned and maintained by the Bella Vista Property Owners Association (POA) for members and their registered guests — visitors staying at a local vacation rental can usually be registered for access by their host.
