Veterans Wall of Honor in Bella Vista Arkansas

The Veterans Wall of Honor in Bella Vista is one of the most moving memorials in Northwest Arkansas — a circular granite monument inscribed with thousands of veterans’ names, wrapped in a bronze timeline of American military history and centered on a peaceful fountain. It’s free and open 24 hours a day, and it honors those who served across every branch and every conflict.

About the Memorial

Created by the Veterans Council of Northwest Arkansas and dedicated in 2004, the Wall of Honor is unusual in that it isn’t dedicated to any single branch or war — it honors all who served. Visitors enter beneath an arch and follow an outer wall lined with 63 bronze plaques that chronicle American military history in maps, images, and text, from the Revolutionary War through the War on Terror. The inner faces of the circular walls hold granite tablets engraved with more than 4,800 veterans’ names, each added by the veterans themselves or by their families.
